The Convergence Server Learning Management System (LMS) is a powerful, flexible web-based tool that lets you easily create custom training plans for your employees. Convergence is SCORM 1.2 conformant and supports multiple learning styles.
You can use Convergence Server to fashion blended learning programs with training modules from the Convergence Course Library, content you create, or content from third parties. It also features a robust series of reports for tracking the progress of workers through their training programs and archiving completion records.
